I was looking for a new laptop for my daughter’s birthday and found a great refurbished one on this site – good spec, good price. Very pleased that I ordered it, as it came quickly and works well.

I am very happy with my purchase from Discount Laptops. Their communication was excellent, I wanted to install Linux on my laptop rather than using the supplied Windows and James was quick to reassure me this wouldn’t affect the hardware warranty they provide.

The laptop was in better physical condition than I expected and the battery life more than sufficient for my needs. If you compare the high specification and low price, buying a used PC from Discount Laptops seems a very sensible decision. It’s also good to recycle.

I needed a new laptop urgently so it was great that it took so little time to arrive. Everything is working and it didn’t take long at all to set up with Windows 11 already installed.

The laptop arrived in good time, and the additional elements you can add, really make a difference too.

From start to finish, I am very impressed with the laptop and I even got an email to check up to see if everything is ok with the laptop and if I needed anything? That really was the icing on the cake, and reassures me that “if” I do incur an issue, that it’s going to be fine.

I intended to contact you a few months ago to say thank you for the prompt despatch and delivery of the Lenovo Carbon Thinkpad I purchased from you at the end of last year – family matters have intervened.

I’ve been really pleased with it, a computer I actually enjoy opening and using! I was able to install the Zorin OS in place of Win11 without any issues and it runs very nicely, without the increasingly intrusive spyware and data-siphoning of Microsoft’s latest operating systems.

I had a few questions about customising the order beforehand and got prompt and helpful responses that gave me confidence to complete the order and I’m a happy customer.

I have now purchased 2 laptops from this company The first one for my husband with Windows11 and also Microsoft . He is thrilled with it . So I treated myself to one as well . When I turned mine one it asked for me to create a PIN .When I clicked on it it did not do anything . I emailed my problem to the company and James came back almost immediately giving me instructions as to what to do . I followed the instructions and I came to where I could create a PIN . All now works as it should and I am very happy . Delivery was fast and the laptop was packed very well . I highly recommend this company both for the laptops and the excellent service .

Great laptop, quick delivery and very good value

After using an old hand me down laptop it was a pleasure to this.

There reason I can’t give it five stars, is there seemed be a different between the want was been told by email and what happened.

I came home to find my laptop had delivered before the quoted date.

The laptop is 5 Star.

I also purchased the office 19 package which had problem getting this to work right.

I needed to replace a laptop that had given up on me, which I used just for entertainment purposes. Surfing, DVD’s, emails etc. Didn’t want to spend much money, hence the choice of a used machine. The one I bought was everything it had promised. The support I got to down load some programs was excellent. For the money I paid I am very pleased and will certainly buy from this company next time I need a machine. The only slight quibble, and it is slight, was that it arrived a day later than it was supposed to. But they did keep me informed as to it’s progress. All in all, very pleased and would recommend.
