The Dell Laptop arrived fairly promptly and was in as new condition. The software/operating system was all as expected ready for the user to personalise. I prefer Chrome for web browsing which was easy to install.

I wasn’t quite sure about getting a refurbished laptop but it has been excellent.

I ordered a Dell and added to the spec a little, so it was a couple of days before it was dispatched, but when it arrived I was amased by the condition of it – the machine was like new and everything worked exactly as it should. My wife bought a slightly new/updated machine from Dell that was almost five times the cost and its hard to tell which is which. Mine suited me perfectly and I don’t think I will ever buy new again. Highly recommend James and his team – give them a call before you throw money away.
