We aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience right from the click to the knock on your door. While we strive to reach every corner of the UK, please be advised that deliveries to the Scottish Islands are not covered under our free delivery service. Additionally, for our customers in the Scottish Highlands, expect a slight extension on your delivery times, typically an extra 2-3 days, due to the logistical challenges in these regions.

Peak Period Handling: During our busiest periods, we may need an extra day to process and dispatch your order. We understand the anticipation that comes with every order, so should any delays occur, we guarantee prompt communication to keep you informed every step of the way.

Warehouse Operating Hours: Our warehouse is the heart of our operation, buzzing with activity Monday through Friday. Please note, we take a breather over the weekend, meaning orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be eagerly attended to first thing Monday morning.

Geographical Considerations: We endeavor to cover as much ground as possible; however, our delivery services stretch only so far. Currently, we do not offer shipping to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

Expedited Processing: For those in a rush, we offer same-day processing for orders placed before 10am. It’s our way of getting your tech to you as swiftly as possible. Please keep in mind, orders requiring additional hardware or software enhancements may necessitate an extra 24 hours for processing, ensuring everything is just right.

Courier Collaboration: Our commitment to a smooth delivery experience sees us partnering with the likes of DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, and Royal Mail. The choice of courier is tailored to the product, ensuring the safest and most efficient journey to your doorstep. In some cases, items within the same order may arrive separately, but rest assured, we keep track of everything for you.

Delivery Tracking and Security: Upon dispatch, we’ll send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your order’s journey. Every delivery requires a signature to ensure the safety and security of your new purchase. In instances where a signature can’t be obtained, our courier will attempt redelivery. Failure to sign after repeated attempts may result in the items being returned to us, with a possible fee for re-shipment.
