What Our Warranty Includes

Our warranty safeguards your device against technical malfunctions that arise during the warranty period starting from the day you receive your device. If your device requires repairs, we initiate a warranty repair ticket on your behalf. Simply follow the provided instructions, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll repair it under warranty at our repair centre, and return it to you. Please note, we operate on a return-to-base policy, meaning we do not offer in-home or workplace repairs. Repairs typically take up to 10 business days. Once repaired, your device will be shipped back to you on the next working day to any UK address. The warranty covers common issues such as:

  • Hard drive failures
  • Memory problems
  • Screen/display malfunctions (excluding accidental damage not caused during delivery)
  • Non-functional batteries upon arrival
  • Keyboard, trackpad, or speaker issues
  • Desktop PC power supply troubles
  • Laptop power adapter cable faults

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Software issues, including those present in pre-installed software
  • Viruses, spyware, or malware infections
  • Physical damage to the device
  • Damage from liquid contact
  • Issues arising from third-party modifications
  • Intentionally caused damage
  • Battery degradation over time
  • Damage from power outages or surges
  • Our PCs and laptops come with Windows 10 Home or Windows 11 Home, unless otherwise stated. Devices without an operating system will require you to install one, and we do not cover software or driver issues.
  • Damage incurred after delivery within the UK, such as through international shipping or transport abroad by the owner

Following your warranty claim submission, we’ll guide you through the process to ensure your device is repaired and returned promptly.

  • Free Deliveries to the UK: We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK, expected to arrive within five working days from dispatch. However, please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands are excluded, and areas within the Scottish Highlands may experience a delay of 2-3 days longer than the standard dispatch time.

  • Handling Time During Busy Periods: In peak times, order processing and dispatch may be delayed by an additional day. Should this occur, customers will be notified promptly.

  • Operational Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Orders confirmed after 5pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

  • Geographical Restrictions: We do not ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 10am will be processed on the same day. Should your order include hardware or software upgrades, an additional 24 hours may be required for processing.

Courier Information

  • Delivery Services: Deliveries within the UK are fulfilled by DPD, Parcelforce, DHL, or the Royal Mail, depending on the product. Items may be shipped separately if necessary.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery online.

  • Signature Requirement: All deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt a re-delivery. Should re-delivery attempts fail, items will be returned to us, and a fee may apply for re-shipment.
