  • Free Deliveries to the UK: We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK, expected to arrive within five working days from dispatch. However, please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands are excluded, and areas within the Scottish Highlands may experience a delay of 2-3 days longer than the standard dispatch time.

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 10am will be processed on the same day. Should your order include hardware or software upgrades, an additional 24 hours may be required for processing.

Repairs typically take up to 10 business days. Once repaired, your device will be shipped back to you on the next working day to any UK address. The warranty covers common issues such as:

  • Screen/display malfunctions (excluding accidental damage not caused during delivery)
  • Non-functional batteries upon arrival
  • Keyboard, trackpad, or speaker issues
  • Desktop PC power supply troubles
