I needed to replace a laptop that had given up on me, which I used just for entertainment purposes. Surfing, DVD’s, emails etc. Didn’t want to spend much money, hence the choice of a used machine. The one I bought was everything it had promised. The support I got to down load some programs was excellent. For the money I paid I am very pleased and will certainly buy from this company next time I need a machine. The only slight quibble, and it is slight, was that it arrived a day later than it was supposed to. But they did keep me informed as to it’s progress. All in all, very pleased and would recommend.
