I ordered a Dell Latitude Laptop PC. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged. On checking, it was just like a brand new computer, in mint condition. On dealing with a minor problem, James sorted things out in no time at all. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this seller and would buy from again. All in all, a very pleasant purchase and I rate my dealings with the seller (James) as top rate. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Bought a good level computer at an attractive price. Computer has performed well. The 15.6 screen means we can fully enjoy a zoom meeting with close family. The charging cable gave some trouble but was diagnosed by James and promptly replaced. If needed I would buy there again.

I bought a Dell laptop for home use to replace an ageing and frustratingly slow desktop computer.

The price was excellent and I now enjoy computing performance the way I want it to be, smooth and fast.

I bought a reconditioned Dell laptop for my daughter to use as a replacement at Uni. I received quick responses from James and when the laptop arrived I was really happy with the condition, overall excellent service and would definitely buy from Discount Laptops again

We bought a Dell Latitude laptop as an upgrade to Windows 11. For the price paid we were more than happy with the quality of the product provided, and this continued to be the case up until the point when disaster apparently struck, and the device refused to boot correctly. We returned the laptop free of charge under warranty for repair without quibble and, after a very short space of time, were delighted to welcome it back in full working order. Genuinely friendly, prompt, and efficient service – I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Excellent service from beginning to end. On looking online re power charger I was given the impression that for on buying a reconditioned laptop.on almost all sites this had to be purchased separately,James at discount laptop assured me that all laptos sold by them come complete with the appropriate charger.

I was kept informed of the progres of my order all the way through to despatch. On receipt I noted that it is infact an updated model and was told on enquiry that this occasionally happens to avoid delay in despastch. all in allas I indicated at te strt of this review – Excellent Service (and not normally received)

Bought a laptop to replace an old desktop and to use on a new business venture. We had a few problems but James resolved these immediately and we have an excellent refurbished laptop for a fraction of the cost of a new model.

I was very pleased with the laptop, in good condition and a good price. Delivered as stated with emails reporting on progress of order. I didn’t get the activation email for my software but this was remedied immediately I enquired about it. My husband is now in the process of buying a laptop from the site.

This is the third time that I am buying a laptop from them. Never had problems with any of the laptops. Every 2 to 3 years I tend to upgrade. The latest one is the windows 11 Dell model, delivered on the 3 rd day after I ordered it, excellent. I had a few queries which James resolved and replied to me within minutes. Wow!!

I ordered a laptop (I am a returning customer so I had a good previos experience) and there was a delay in receiving it. I flagged this up to the Discount Laptop team and they checked into it, discovered quickly that it had been despatched but lost and resent a laptop which arrived the next day.

I purchased a HP laptop for my son who is starting university. The laptop was delivered on time and was in a very good condition. I also ordered Microsoft 365 but didn’t have the product key. I emailed James on Sunday evening expecting a reply the following week. James replied within the hour with the product key and instructions. Excellent customer service and I will definitely recommend Discount laptops in the future

My Dell laptop arrived in very good condition you would not think it was second hand, very happy with it.

Wanting a replacement laptop to my existing Lenovo I emailed company. James promptly replied with a suggestion for a DELL machine with a wider screen size. I purchased, via PayPal (which I would always recommend) a laptop along with some virus protection and software.

The laptop was delivered within 3 days and was packaged well for protection.

Laptop much more sturdier than the Lenovo and with corresponding Windows 11 and Google I was able to migrate much of the files I already had previously set up.

Virus protection and MS OFFICE installation via authentication code link didnn’t go so well. McAfee installed without any issue. Despite numerous attempts MS OFFICE did not. James promptly replied to my concerns and offered suggestions. Alas no success.

Without any prompting he indicated that he would refund the money for MS OFFICE via PayPal which he did and refund received within a couple of days.

A positive experience as a similar named website contains very negative reviews.

I needed a decent laptop to replace some very old ones running Windows 10. They were all old Vista laptops, so very slow. I ordered a replacement from Discount Laptops last weekend and it arrived this Thursday afternoon. It was safely packaged and undamaged, and worked immediately. It took just minutes to have it running perfectly with all my apps and phone. James from Discount Laptops was very helpful and let me know about other apps. If you’re looking to replace laptops or just to get a new one then this is definitely the company to use.

Bought a laptop from these guys 8 years ago and it was brilliant. Unfortunately, it needs replacing. After consulting with James I was directed to a product which suits my needs and at a decent price. Product arrived and looks great, had after sales support and this will most definitely suit my requirements for university.
